One of our signature drinks, the Garden de Somme is a perfect example of this approach. Made with fresh-pressed cucumber juice, gin, and a hint of mint, this cocktail is light, refreshing, and perfect for sipping on a warm evening. The cucumber and mint are locally sourced, and the gin is sourced from our chosen distillery.
Another popular choice is The Garrison. This classic cocktail gets a modern twist on the Old Fashioned with the use of scotch, vermouth, and spiced pear brandy. The cocktail is smoked in-house using locally sourced wood chips, giving the drink a unique delectable smoky flavor.
